Progress Group signs with Lease All – La Palma

The PROGRESS Group Inc. a nationally recognized developer and distributor of premier suspension components has selected Lease All-La Palma Business Park for its expansion. The company inked a lease for 15,000 sq. ft. building located at 1600 Miraloma Avenue. Solita Hart and Susan Lee of Cedar Realty Management represented Lease All – La Palma while Progress Group was represented by Paul Gingrich of Daum Commercial Real Estate Services.

Lease All – La Palma is a high image Business Park consisting of 31 buildings totaling over 452,000 square feet. Lease All – La Palma is located within the Anaheim Canyon Business Center, a 2300 acre Industrial and R&D zone.
