SCIE signs with Leaverton Corona
Southern California Industrial Equipment (SCIE), a Corona based material handling equipment service company has selected 1511 Railroad to expand its presence. The company recently signed a 37 month lease agreement for the 9720 square foot industrial building. The move represents a significant expansion in SCIE’s footprint. Founded in 2006 by Carlos Nieves, SCIE is a leading provider of material handling solutions to distributions centers and small business owners throughout the Southern California Region. Leaverton Corona was represented by Solita Hart and Ryan Rogers of Cedar Realty Management. SCIE was represented by Rick Brent of Martin Associates.
Leaverton Corona I is a 37,000 square foot project consisting of four separate single stand alone buildings in the City of Corona. The buildings are located at 1511, 1555, 1605 and 1611 Railroad Street and offer convenient access to the Inland Empire as well as Orange County via the Riverside (91) and Corona (15) Freeways.
