(www.microprecision.com), a national known company that performs; electrical, mechanical, optical, pressure and temperature calibration services for more than 2000 companies per year, has selected L&W Investment Company’s building in Orange as the site for their latest facility. The company recently inked a Seven (7) year lease for the 6,700 square foot industrial building. Micro Precision Calibration, Inc., is headquartered in Sacramento, California and currently has more than 20 locations, worldwide. The Landlord (L&W Investment Company) was represented by Solita Hart and Ryan Rogers of Cedar Realty Management, Inc. Micro Precision Calibration, Inc. was represented by David Tabata of Lee & Associates, in the lease transaction.

L & W Investment is a multi-tenant Business Park consisting of 4 buildings totaling almost 50,000 square feet. The park consists of office suites (800 – 1,000 s.f.) as well as industrial incubator units (750 – 4,000 s.f.) and larger single stand alone industrial buildings (6,000 – 7,000 s.f.). The property is located in Orange near the Riverside (91), Newport (55) and Orange (57) Freeways.
